    Technical difficulties.

Attempted to get higher wattage bulb and lamp for better temperatures, but apparently I was due a setback.
  3. Drainage solved.

    Drainage solved.

Wrapped outside with plastic garbage bags and set enclosure up on 2" pipes running bags underneath into 30gallon tub for collection. Weekly dumping probably necessary. Still need to add branches, probably some form of vines as well.
  4. More light.

    Just hanging out.

Pic from Petsmart, little guy only was there a week or two. I'm still irate that they won't let us set up proper enclosures for them... I do what I can to keep the chams happy there when I can.

    New bulb, what the expletive!?

Ok, so in my pursuit of ideal basking temperature and ambient temperature being created by basking bulb I went ahead and bought new lamp, and new bulb. Both rated for 150w. I put bulb in lamp, I plug lamp in, I turn lamp on. Beautiful bright light and heat erupt forth in a magnificent orchestra...

    Jackson Dealers

My original plan was for getting Jacksons mostly because of the lack of eggs and temperature ranges, but the more I research, set up, and look at all these lovely scaleys the more I come to really like Veileds. I've actually ended up setting my enclosure up for them, and probably going to get...

Yoshi made friends with his crickets...

I meant to clarify earlier but had to get to work. Pinworm apparently can be transmitted/infected by crickets. At the Petsmart I work at we ended up with one bearded dragon who didn't eat all his crickets for a while and somehow caught pinworm from this situation. Fortunately one of the other...

    Cricket water?

I was actually going to ask that today just hadn't gotten to it yet. Ingredients looked ok, but I'm not a expert. Most chameleon savvy at Petsmart, where I work, yes.

    Dark?

Looking at LLL and backwater many of their Jacksons have similar colors in their pictures. Beyond that... ?

    Vine/ivy identification

Just looked up VA creeper, that's a big big hell no for going in enclosure. Berries poisonous, sap causes irritation and rash.

    Vine/ivy identification

Thank you. Figured since half my house is covered in the stuff would be easy to plant one in the enclosure. But if potentially poisonous that's a big nope lol
