good, some have calcium and some are for water and food in oneare those good or bad?
Would keeping the cubes in the refrigerator help? The trouble with the prepackaged cubes for crickets is that from the moment you open them, they are exposed to bacteria and other airborne/contact spread nasties. A moist food container kept at room temperature is the perfect place for bacterial growth.
Your best choice is fresh fruits and veggies. They will provide all the water your crickets need. Orange slices are great for this.

how are the crystals that you add water too? Good or bad? If bad what do you recommend?
Thank youI haven't used the crystals - I'm sure others have and maybe have some advice.
Are these good? http://www.amazon.com/Cricket-Water-Polymer-Crystals-Large/dp/B007B6GUG4The crystals are for crickets and roaches ONLY. They work great!!!
But NEVER use them to give water to your cham. They can grow inside of their gut and cause impactation.
