It looks to me like a box elder, if it is it would have sort of boxy geometrical branches with big thorns on it, they are a common weed/tree species here in NY. thats my guess:D

make sure you supplement your cham correctly 6 feedings a week with calcium without d3 and cal with d3 twice a month, and a vitamin supplement once a month like herpative. make sure you get a UVB light source for him besides the heat lamp. Im not sure of the species but i am pretty...
i just bought a new cage that is pretty tall so I think if he fell there would be more damage than a bruise...the only thing I can think of is that he was rubbing his face today to get one last piece of skin off his upper lip...could that do it?
I had my 5 month old cham outside today and I noticed he was on a vine close the the ground of his cage that he rarely ever goes on and I thought that his back right leg looked a little funny and that he possibly fell to the bottom of his cage. Throughout the day I noticed that his back right...
I want to bring my panther chameleon outside in the sunshine, I was wondering what the temperature should be out there, and also if it is okay to just move his whole cage out and let him get some natural sun. Any suggestions?

I have a 4 1/2 month old male panther and i was wondering when I could start feeding him smaller Turkistan Roaches for treats. I haven't seen them so I don't know what the smaller ones look like before being full adults, but I know they are a smaller, quicker breed in general. Any information...
I have had my panther chameleon for about three weeks now, he is a four month old ambilobe x nosy be. I was wondering at what age, they tolerate being handled? He still seems so scared of my hands when I put them in there to feed him and such, any advice?:confused:
I feed my cham 1/4" crickets and he loves them, but recently they have been staying on the bottom of the cage and he does not like to go down there to hunt. He's still only 4 months old. is there any way I can encourage the crickets to climb up the sides of the cage?
My cham usually goes to his sleep spot about 45 minutes to an hour before his lights shut off. He shed for the first time today in his new home (i've had him for a week) and he is still awake climbing on his walls two hours after his lights have been shut off. Is this behavior just because he's...
