Mine were like that when I first had them. I switched the container I was feeding them in. Not sure if they didn't like the colour of it or what. But once I switched it up they started eating.
I have the same species I beleive, I just picked him up not to long ago. I was told mine was a normal Jackson's. But everyone on here told me he was a dwarf.
He turns a lighter brown on his back and a brown green on his stomach, he also has some yellow around his eyes and on his head. I have no idea how old he is.
That's cool about your post before, just thought I would make this new one just to get everything straight. He gets like a olive green colour but stays mostly brown, but he always sits on his vines and I just picked him up like 3 days ago so he still might be a little stressed out.
I just want to see if anyone can properly ID this guy. I took some better pictures of him, and I know that it can be hard to ID just from pictures but I thought I would give him a try. He is 2.5 inches SV length and 5 inches head to tail.
I am going to build my Chams an enclosure but was wondering how I can go about waterproofing the wood, is it ok to use a stain or waterproofing or just use treated wood?
Sorry I am fairly new to Chameleons I was ust wondering how you guys can tell it's a dwarf and not a normal jackson's. Might be a dumb question but I have no idea.
