This is my first time keeping the species. Are females smaller than males? Do you think I could keep females in 18x18x24s and the males in 18x24x36s? For breeding I would intro female to males.
Why would you dispose of fertile eggs? And no, you can't send the eggs out, I doubt eggs would do well with traveling. Try to get prepared, or separate the pair. This chameleon specie is not commonly bred in captivity, and those lucky enough to work with them should do the best they can to help...
Ficus are nearly impossible to find in my area, although I love the look and ease of them. I am fairly new to chameleons (kept some in the past, just starting back up) but I have used schieffleria for many Uroplatus species, which are kept very similar to many chameleons.
