    Question on feeding schedule

People put their roaches and worms on the screen and that seems to to stimulate the chameleon or "bug" him so much they will strike.

    Mist King water type

I used to use distilled but then I saw at Walmart that they have a refill water statio. That has R/O water and it is cheaper to refill than my new jugs of distilled. I noticed tonight that I accidentally let the reservoir run dry ...and it didn't burn up the motor ! Thank goodness. Lessons learned

    Dragonstrand Clear side.

I also have the clear sided enclosure. I like it . I use R/O water to clean the sides. I don't see that it spots or scratches easily. My male Panther 8months old just started scratching on the three sides of it and no issues . I had a branch unknowingly pushing on the side of it, left for a...

Thinking about getting a chameleon, advice please

We did the same thing, went into petco and looked and loved the chameleon. The guy who worked in the reptile dept seemed knowledgeable and even brought out his Ipad and showed us what Panther Chameleons looked like. BUT, instead of instant purchasing, I researched and researched, when I was...

Could use some tips or advise please

Not really. Maybe get a fake tree and set in the bath tub and let him climb on that. I have dogs so have to be sure they can't get to him. It is weird, he just started doing that a couple of days ago. Coming of age I guess

I keep it in the living room also, I have a cat and dogs. My cat is blind for the most part and doesn't see...

If you have a screen enclosure, let the roaches climb on the screen, mine scurry when I place them on it and my panther snaps them up. :)

    Update on castiel :(

It could be possible he is getting ready to shed. Mine usually gets grumpy around that time. Also, he has shed approximately the same time of each month for the past 3 months. He just got done today as a matter of fact. I don't know your little guys back story ,sorry. But hoping it is a...
