I need to start thinking about a bigger cage for my 5 month old male panther. He is currently in a 16x16x30. I was wondering if it was ok to put him in a cage that would be big enough to house him as an adult 24x24x48? or would i need to put him in an in-between size till he get older. I...

I wish my new guy liked to be held.....He is 5 months and have had him for about 3 weeks and he just cringes when I come near the cage. Just seems he doesnt like or has had little contact with people.....I hope that will change. It will kill me if he never likes me :(

I just checked my hygrometer and it is reading 45 with the temp at 75. This is a night time reading with lights out. Is this ok? Do you agree with a day time humidity level between 60 and 85?

Just a question about when the males start to color up. I have noticed when my 5 month old is stressed he shows colors but for the most part he is a blue green. I have seen peoples 4 month olds that show a rainbow of colors already....is there a cetain age when you see what color there "norm"...

I have a wood curio cabinet that I was thinking would make a nice cage set-up. It has glass panels on 3 sides that could be replaced with screen. It measures 22W x 50H x 15D. My little guy is 5 months old right now but do you think it would be big enough for him as an adult? also wondering...

I want to put two 4 month oldspanthers in the same cage.......Is this ok? ....and how old are they when they have to have thier own pads?..Or can I just give them a bigger cage when need be?
