Thanks! :D So glad it went as planned as I want the viv to look as natural as I can get it & that means incorporating as much of the plumbing & lighting into the design so it's hidden yet functions just as well as normal :) Hopefully my dripper will help to inspire others :p

Okay so my dripper is now fully up & running!! Works perfectly & Optimus has a great spot to sit on his vine having a drink :) This is it close up... And this is how it looks in the viv :)

So, my valves arrived in the post yesterday which meant I could make a proper dripper instead of using an utterly butterly tub with a pin hole in the bottom :D After rooting around the house looking for something else, I found this lovely piece of wood. So I drilled a hole through it...

All the different setups Optimus has had. The reason it's changed so many times is because I've been trying to find the best one, mainly because I'm struggling to keep the water under control.

Thanks c: there's going to be so much planning, designing & preparation work going into this build, but as it's more than likely going to be his final home (unless a bigger space becomes available) I want to put a lot of effort into making it perfect :)

Now that I've moved the tv from the corner (got it at the end of my bed on two plastic tubs with some wood on top, very ghetto tv unit ahaha), I can really see how much that corner of my room gets hit with the afternoon sun! Optimus is going to love that in the summer when it's warm enough for...
