The system is set up and works awsome but i cant figure out the timer. I used the program button and and it up to go off 4 times a day but it hasnt gone off at any of the set time and its on auto. Can anyone help

i have been trying to lower my temps but unfortunatly i dont have a heating/cooling incubator and i cant get the temps down sould i remove the eggs from the incubator? room tewmp is about 76-77.
Iam using a reptibator. It has been very hard to keep the temp steady since it has been so hott here in sandiego. they are in deli cups with vermiculite and the humidity had dropped to 60% over the week and i was gone. i added water to the base and some to the vermiculite and now it is 79...
