Trust me its a male hes still a baby he is only 3 months old, I was just worried because when I first got him he didn't have the white around his caque now its turning white and I looks like he can't change colors in those areas, when he sleeps the white spots turn red, why is that

Its white looking around his head and im sure he is a male he has spurs on the back of his feet you can see them clearly

He has shed before but he has never looked like that on his head, he is 3 months old
