well... it's still an ongoing issue... it looks like it has been over 2 months now. I was able to get some Tobrex (I used tobramycin solution first - not much help - eye would dry out fast). Tobrex ointment caused a layer (like a scab) to cover all of her eye for a month. That "scab" fell off...
Mine is about the same age. She has not shed in about 2 months. I am still working on resolving her eye issue for about 2 months now, maybe that's why she would not shed?! or it might be regular. Females are always smaller than male panthers, I am sure they will still grow, but at slower pace...
I am not an expert, but I would say it looks like an infections, definitely get some antibiotic eye ointment. It looks like it might take a really long while to heal at this point. Be patient.
Thank you for your reply. I am not loosing hope in her, I see she is strong and eating well. However, that eye is creeping me out every time.
I let her try a few wax worms, so now she would only catch crickets when she feels like. Every time she sees a wax worm, she comes running.
