UPDATE: (I know...another one already?)
I had difficulty trying to get any food in him this morning which I told the clinic when they called to check on him. He is now in the hospital for an over night stay where they will give him another injection of fluids and feed him a few times to ensure...
UPDATE: He survived the night! One hurdle down. Now trying to get some of this food down him and see how he handles that. I should mention he's 2grams. I will also note, he's not quite as pale as yesterday.

The vet says he is too small to really be sure what is going on at this point. She speculates that between how thin he was, his shed and that stress, as well as the stress of a new environment and shipping are the most likely culprits here. First she wants to see if we can get him...
Health guarantee was 7 days unless you bought their setup in which case it went to 30 days.
He has made it through the night, doesn't seem any worse, but also not better. It seems I can't get in to the vet until this afternoon but at least I can get him in.
I must apologize to all. My local store carries what they call Pinheads and Larges in crickets. They are in fact smalls, I'm just used to asking for Pinheads and thus wrote it down that way. I know they can eat more than what I posted, but the breeder told me they offered 8-12 a day to his size...
