Just didn't work out well for me. I would.worry that it would peel off or be punctured easily.
Like I said before. I think it is a great idea, if safe and durable enough.

Seems like members here get sent the wrong sex from time to time. I see this often with Panthers as they are more difficult to sex at a young age.
Just because you were told you were getting a male, doesn't mean that there could have been a mistake made.

@SouthernCham I would buy a sheet of corrugated plastic, line the walls and floor with it and seal all joints with silicone...
@Blang this stuff has quite the odour, is it toxic? It stays very soft and it goes on thin. Would it hold up? Not saying its a bad idea, its a great idea if it is safe...
I feel that the urate is a little too yellow / orange Here is a good read on the matter.

I can not say with 100% accuracy that this is cham safe, but I sealed some driftwood a few years back for some of my snake enclosures with "Minwax" and no negative signs showed in my animals.
I use a shower curtain on 3 sides of my enclosure, great to help with humidity also keeps all the water from misting inside the enclosure and not all over the walls!! (y)

I think the wood looks awesome!! I don't know about longevity or all the other things, but damn.....I think it looks amazing as a start! Need some luscious live plants in there though..
