are you using the tube UVB light or the compact? do you have all the needed supplements? You can post a picture to give us a better idea of what the enclosure looks like.

I have mine on a rack similar to the first pictures and put the drainage tub on the shelf right below the enclosure. I drilled several small holes into the bottom panel of the cage and the water drips through.
