CBB male quad, 2 years old. I have not tried breeding him. He has a slight kink in the end of his tail. $125 plus shipping Shipping averages $50.
Grab the opportunity now, as I'm sending him to live with a friend on Wednesday if he doesn't sell in the next couple of days :)
Thanks!
Jeremy,
So far with all of the F. campani being imported since 2012, I'm aware of 4 surviving CB individuals. Three with Nick and Amanda, and 1 with me. That is pathetic. To act like it's anything other than that is delusional.
BUT-hopefully this will lead to more captive-bred babies.
Carl Cattau had werneri and some were missing eyes at birth similar to your babies.
One of them is now a sub-adult living with Cheryl Garcia (little leaf on the forum) and she posted a nice pic of it on Facebook yesterday.
4th and 6th generation captive-bred carpet chameleons available.
These are 2-3 months old and eating 1/4" crickets...they are about 2-3 months away from breeding size.
$200 each or $375 per unrelated pair plus shipping.
Thanks!
If you take out the moldy eggs that should be fine for keeping the other eggs ok. As long as the eggs are good that remain of course. Mold probably won't bother the healthy eggs anyway. I leave them in if I'm busy until I have time to take them out. Just remove the infertile moldy egg and toss...
I think Tylene should chime in but baby quads are huge, at least compared to lateralis and other common species. I'd skip melanogaster and just use hydei if possible or 1/8" crickets. They don't even need pinheads.
I'm very pleased that Tylene chimed in on this. Especially with her good deal of experience raising baby quads. The thought that quads tolerate each other better than other chameleons couldn't be further from the truth with those that I've kept, and even babies HATE each other. It's actually...
Craig,
I saw this on Facebook and was waiting to see a post on here. CONGRATULATIONS! This recent bit of parsonii success between you and others is wonderful and years in the making. I'm happy for you-woohoo!
