If you have time please see the vets response about the eye being open at night. Anyone else ever hear of this?

I emailed and sent the photos to the vet.

So one more question I noticed tonight that he is sleeping but appears to not be able to close that eye all the way… I’ve noticed this before but thought maybe he was still awake and just had it open. I snapped this pic and it almost looks like there is a layer covering his pupil but his eyelid...

Just an update. Appointment with the preferred vet today. They agree with the second in regards to the nasal duct and treatment plan. This is his eye today (pissed I was close lol). He still has some swelling in the right roof of his mouth and has some abnormal formation by his right eye/start...

So 14 days of eye/nostril drops 2-3x daily down. Still doing injection antibiotics last dose on 7/10. He is eating, pooping, peeing, and acting 100% fine. He seems to prefer an injection every three days vs daily multiple drops in his eyes and nostrils😂 anyhow wondering about what you all think...
