My older brother has 2 leopard geckos, and one of those scented wax melts in his room. I told him that can be very bad for them, but I've never really researched about it? My guess is it's not good, but is it? Thank you !

Could be cold. You may want to try either moving the light to the center of the top, and closer to the cage, or move the branches a bit closer to the light, but not to the point were it's too hot, you may have to test it with your hand. But it could be stress, etc, so just start with the heat...

That should be okay.. Unless he's in critical condition, so you're the judge here. The sooner the better

Your best bet would be to take him to a vet, quickly. Not eating, sunken eyes, could be a mix of different things. Try and get him an appointment , and keep us updated (y)

Any changes in his diet? Not eating?

Could be dehydrated, or he could be sick. How often is his encloser misted?

Just feed her the correct amount of food, and maybe a bit extra if you want and sooner or later she'll gain weight. but don't feed her too much, as it may lead to future health problems. (y)

Thats what i thought too, but i just dont want people getting into chameleons because they think that change colors like that.. Lots of people get into chameleons without knowing what they're doing. But ill just let the others be. :oops:;)

Ok, so I have facebook, and came across the sunglasses/chameleon-changing color video. Of couse i was like ( i should problably set things straight) So i went into the comments and answered some questions people had, and posted a web on why they change color. But now, theres a lady who dosent...

I too live in that area, its just a couple days ago , the heat jumped to over 109! Still are in the 70s and 80s at night though, i think its a good idea too. Natural uvb is good for them! Just make sure he dosent get too hot.

I have other plants, a spider plant and mass cane, i just need to fix them up.. Theyre not doing very well, but ill definitely get some more branches! Lots of people are getting their trees trimmed near me.. Would it be weird if i asked for a few branches? :confused:

I have this Palm Majesty in Oswin's cage for him, but im second guessing myself... Too many plants? Or not enough branches? Thanks!
