Preparing for my first chameleon, tips appreciated

Still janky and like a turtle, but I finally switched her over to a reptisun 10.0 this morning. It's a T8, but she has no screen anyway. It's turning fall, so I can't rely on outdoor sun anymore, unfortunately

Preparing for my first chameleon, tips appreciated

One month with V! He's still going strong. He's up another 4g while we wait on more crickets (he was desperate enough to eat 15 roaches) and he moves under his mist when it goes off, so I'm sure he's keeping himself hydrated (urates remain white) He does not sit still for weigh ins. He also...

Yus:love: He's doing so well. That was the first I've ever hand fed and the first I've ever watched him eat. He's a champion eater. So proud of him.

So I'm holding V and decided to take a picture, and he was following the camera very intently, and then this happened I felt so badly he was "tricked", so I hand fed him for the first time. He took it very quickly, was a cricket

Going to sleep spot before lights off

My little boy veiled puts himself in his sleep spot 1 hour before lights out, so nothing wild. Lights are 6am-6pm, and I can find him in his sleep spot at 5, just looking around, until lights go out

So V is upset with me. I have crickets on the way, but I ran out for now, so he was given roaches for breakfast. I gave him about 15-20 small dusted dubia roaches and went to work. Just went home on lunch to check on the crew, and all the roaches were still there, and his lips were pressed...

Bah, I missed this! She's only pooped twice total, one being the large impaction, and then she passed the pumpkin last week. She's likely due for another poop

She's doing great. A lot of her mobility is getting better, aside from walking. A lot more quick head turns and doesn't shake uncontrollably when I lift her up

Preparing for my first chameleon, tips appreciated

He's been such a good boy. He met my mom and sister today and crawled around on them, then back to his safe little home not long after. Eating many crickets each day, looking hydrated. He's hiding his poop again. His markings are becoming a lot more permanent. Growing up so fast

"Don't look at me!" Mist just kicked on and he ran off to go play in it, so I set it to On to give him more shower/drink time

Thank you :) he eats his Wheaties every day. I need a spy cam to watch him.. I always refill his dish on lunch and they're all gone by the time I'm home. Sometimes there's just legs left in the dish lol

Up another 6g, and at 22g now. He would not sit still, so he may be 23g but I'm not going to stress him out over 1g.

Good to know. I need to make sure he doesn't run out because that was a huge pain to fix after being all set up

Preparing for my first chameleon, tips appreciated

Got so scared. I checked on Vs reservoir this morning and it was right at the tubing, so I quickly filled it up. Got home from work and was removing dead leaves from the enclosure and something seemed really off. All the leaves seemed "old", as to say the looked like they haven't been misted...
