Chameleon only blinking with inner/third eyelid

What exactly do you mean by this? How often do you use vitamins? If you're referring to a supplement like "Reptivite" it should not be used that often, but rather about once a month

Veiled chameleon on bottom of cage and showing stress colors

I'd highly recommend using live plants. Common chameleon safe options include pothos, schefflera, hibiscus, and ficus. FLChams has a handy list of a bunch more options too: http://flchams.com/chameleon-safe-plant-list/. You have to make sure they're non-toxic because veileds can be nibblers, but...

Veiled chameleon at bottom of cage and showing stress colors

Temperatures should be around 85 degrees at the hot spot for a juvenile male. Also, chameleons can actually see those night lights, so I'd stop using it asap. It's likely you don't need a night light at all. What temperature is it at night without the night light?

How healthy does veiled look... Opinions.

From what I can see from these photos his bone structure looks pretty good. The one thing I haven't seen is a casque that looks like his, but then again I've only owned one veiled. Perhaps @jannb can provide some insight. (Sorry for always tagging you Jann, you're just so knowledgeable x3)

You can find some real plants for cheaper than the fake ones at home improvement stores. Try some pothos, schefflera, and/or ficus plants. Here's a list of a bunch more safe plants http://flchams.com/chameleon-safe-plant-list/ Hope this helps a bit ^^
