I definitely agree with the advice to read the care sheets. It may sound a little overwhelming at first but the proper care is vital to give the chameleon a long and happy life!
After an extended wait time due to the terrible hurricanes, the newest member of our family has arrived! We are happy to introduce Hondo! Hondo is a Nosy Be and arrived to us via @Matt Vanilla Gorilla . I cannot stress how wonderful the process has been. Matt and his family have been so helpful...
Here is the original thread. The needle valve I was able to pick up at Menards for about $5.

Thanks, the OP made it really easy. I was going to put the mist nozzle in there as well but it puts out such a nice little rain shower that I don't feel it's necessary.
Sorry for the delay, I had a crazy weekend! I'll find the link to the instructions but really simple. I think it took us 20 minutes total. The outer ring is 18" across and provides very good coverage.
My son and I recently made our own rain ring per a thread I found. We mounted on the underside of the screen top and it's working great. Might be an option that would not have the rusting issue??
Completed our rain dome last night, total cost less than $10...another example of the helpful information that can be found on this site!

The bottom is removable and not sure where you are located but I had the tank in 3 days and I live in northern MN. When I purchased it was $100 with a sitewide 30% off. Now it appears like it might be on clearance or something. Either way I doubt the price or stock will last long at that price.
