My son knocked down a huge wasp nest from under the overhang in his garage. It was full of larvae and of course my first thought was if they could be used as food for the cham.
I don't know but sounds like it would be ok.

Was it a prolonged shake or just a quick one and done? My male veiled does this every once in awhile, usually first thing in the morning after a big yawn.😉
Well written for a girl your age and it shows real concern for your friends cham. Since she is older than you she probably thinks she is smarter (which I doubt). I would tell her if she wants her cham to have a good life,
to take some of your suggestions and join the forum where she can get...
The height limits are one of the reasons I build my own. Guess it's just the industry standard and I prefer much taller enclosures.
I would say as previously stated that ceiling height probably has alot to do with it.
Best to try and find someone who has had experience with chams and willing to give good care. Are you setting a price for him?
Be careful of individuals who would take him just because he is free if you are not charging. Might help if you were a little more specific about what comes with him...
