What is the basking temp? Are you sure it's a male? Can you take a pic of the enclosure?

So I looked into that blue bulb you are using. I thought it gave off blue light, but that's not the case. So, those can work, but since you're not getting enough heat with yours, you'd still need a higher wattage. And I think the next step up in that bulb would be too hot. Not to mention...

You don't want the blue light. That's a no-no. You need a regular white/clear household bulb. Like GE or Sylvania. Much cheaper too! I think I use a 72 watt, and then adjust the branch accordingly.

You need a basking temp around 90. Or 85-95....see which it likes. That may be the problem. Maybe get a higher wattage light?

It's good to have cover for them to get out of the UV and cool down if need be. But you also don't wanna block their ability to fully bask under the basking spot. You also wanna keep some open area where they can get the full UV.

I haven't had the best luck with LLL either. Not sure if they think they can treat customers a certain way since they're well-known and know people will still order from them, or what. I got my Mist King from Josh's Frogs. Always had good luck with them.

I think you should be able to give us the name of the seller. Nobody should have something on their site as "in stock", only for it not to be, and then not work with you after all of it. Give us the name so others don't have the same issue.

If you use a plastic cup in the cage, make sure it isn't clear. The cham will try shooting it's tongue from the outside, and it can hurt it's tongue. To attach the cup, get some strong earth magnets (Home Depot).

Looks great. I also have the 12% arcadia/quad fixture. And I have mine up on the legs as well, and I'm getting good readings with my Solarmeter with my highest branches about where yours is. You have plenty of foliage for your cham to get out of the UV if it desires.
