    OE parsons chameleon

What’s a good price for an 8 month old male OE parsons chameleon? Also does anyone know any breeders that may have some now or in the near future (or have YL)? At what age would the prices be raised? I’ve seen some sell 4-6 months at $600-$900 unsexed though. I can’t seem to find a a solid price...

Male or female baby panther chameleon?

How old is he? I also think it’s male

Are these first colors or just vibrant browns?

Under the chin is red. All babies have that. It’s just normal baby coloration when basking and flaring up.

    Male or female?

It’s really hard to tell. I’m still leaning towards female. Is there a way to get one with the tail uncurled and straight? Color doesn’t really mean anything there. All babies have coloration like that especially when basking. You can’t really go based off of color on the cheeks, under the...

    Male or female?

This baby looks very little. I would guess she is maybe 3 months old. Definitely doesn’t look 5-6 months. Looks female to me

    white coloration?

She has MBD. What is your lighting like and what are you dusting with and how much? This is probably why she has been staying on the ground in your other threads. She could also be getting to hot if she has no shade and is kept in the sun for too long.

    On the floor?

I see I’m the pictures it looks like you have dirt as substrate and it seems you free range her food. Dirt and really any kind of loose bedding like moss and coconut fibers can be ingested and cause impactions. It would probably be best to remove the dirt and or cup feed her so she doesn’t...

    Girl or boy ?

Male, has spurs and I see a nice pattern coming in. Could you post some pictures of the side please so we can see size of the casque and the colors. I think it’s just a young male. Where did you get him from?

    Chameleon with several symptoms

She might be egg bound. Take her to a new vet. If they didn’t tell you that was a female when it clearly is then you need a new vet. Definitely get x-rays to check for eggs.

    Lilly (crested gecko)

So back in January I went to a reptile show just to get some cheap feeders and when we walked in they were handing out raffle tickets. So I took mine and didn’t think anything of it (I don’t really ever win anything lol) so towards the end like the last 20mins of the show (I went late) they...

Brown patch on side of my chameleon

Looks like a burn to me, it should heal on its own. Make sure she can’t get to close to the heat lamp. Is this a veiled chameleon? Looks like you may have a female. Could you post pictures of the back of the back feet and the pictures of your chameleon please?

    My chameleon may have MBD?

It does look like he has MBD. His shoulder also looks like it may be dislocated or something in the pictures but it may just be the angle. I’m not saying it is but I am saying it doesn’t look right. His casque also looks swollen and he looks pretty thin. MBD doesn’t just happen within a few days...

    Curious about gender

Agreed with above. Definitely male. He has a bulge at the base of his tail and colors are male

    Age, gender, and what color?

    Looks female to me

    Age, gender, and what color?

Would you be able to post better pictures of the base of the tail please? I’m not seeing a bulge and colors look more female, but it also may still be to young to really tell.

    Fixed broken leg

I would not do that. She may lose muscle mass but that can be regained. I would wait until she is starting to prop herself up a little. Her bones are still probably pretty soft and you may do more harm since they’re so small. It’s going to take more than a month for her to get better from this...
