Our baby boy has just started (this afternoon) keeping one eye closed, when we handle him he opens it and is quite happy but once he goes back in his enclosure he closes it and sits under his heat light?

We have an Exo Terra 45 x 45 x 60 cm vivarium, with the uv and heat lamps, temperature and humidity gauges, we have a water fountain and we put calcium powder on the crickets regularly. we spray him 3-4 times a day, making sure his humidity does not drop below 40% is this ok??:confused::D

Because we are now aware that our Chameleon is too young is there anything that we should be doing to help us ensure we do not cause him any problems?

We wanted advice on what we could feed him not to be told that we shouldn't have him.

We have a (almost) 4 week old Veiled/Yemen Chameleon and currently all we are feeding him is crickets.
We believe that he is too small/young to allow him to eat locusts or mealworms! When can we introduce different food into his diet?
