That bluish light on the right (righ side of the picture) doesn't look like a UVB bulb. It looks like one of those daylight blue bulbs. If that's the case then you haven't been using a UVB bulb. If both bulbs are light bulb shaped then neither are UVB bulbs. Compact UVB bulbs are either spiral...

My chams eyes look a little sunke in when they sleep also. That's normal. If they are still sunken in when the Cham is awake then there is a problem. Your Cham looked healthy to me :)
