I have a 2 year old Veiled. Never liked veges or fruit. Then one day I tried a piece of strawberry, and now think it's his favorite food.

My guy does it all the time. He goes outside 24/7 for June and August. When he gets hot he opens his mouth for periods. But he does not move down to a cooler part of the cage. I think he was trying to get as much sun as he can,

My veiled is about 2 years old and loves to eat strawberries. I feed him a few a week. Is this OK and what other fruits are OK?

Keep us posted. I would love to try it my Daughter's room (if she every moves out.) Right know there are to many dangerous things he can get into if I don't watch him. Hopefully soon the weather will be GREAT and Cliff can get some outside time.

How do you keep your guy in his free range area. When I let my guy out of his cage for his free range time he wants to go all over the place.

I put the plant on a stool next to the cage. Put a branch that goes into the cage. He goes in and out as he needs to. Keep a eye on her they love to wonder.

Keep an eye on him. My guy loves to take OFF whenever he knows I am not looking.

My guy is pretty much the same. Recently got a bird feeder bowl for his insects. It's 6" dia. about 3" or 4" high. Made of hard durable thick plastic.-clear Has a nice nut to attach to any branch. Got it at Dr. foster and smith probable get at most stores. Works great for worms and crickets.

My veiled does pretty much the same thing. He is almost a year old and does not like to be handled. Just in the last few weeks he will come to his feeding dish when I' am sitting in front and not moving. Guess the is always hope.

Does anyone have any data on what the humidity is in the part of the world they come from?

Is the misting for drinking or just keeping the humidity up.

Does anyone else use a plastic jug with small holes punched in the bottom?. Filled with ice mine drips all day long. Just asking.
