Also is that something coming out of his butt? On my phone it looks like a prolapse but I'm not sure he's old enough to get sperm plugs or if my phones just got bad quality

When a male becomes sexually mature they produce sperm plugs. This is normally around 8 months old. Most times they pass through the butt by themselves. They look like white and sometimes greyish blobs. The only thing to look out for with them is that the dont dry out or else they can't pass...

It's not a clear picture and I don't have any others but it seems to have gone down a bit. He's had it for a while but i think it's fine. I'm going to ask the man at my local reptile store just in case but he seems fine
