My only critique is the size of the cage.
It will be OK for few months but you will need to upgrade soon. Get a larger one if you can, that way you don't have to buy twice

Phoenix worms (black soldier fly larvae) have the highest content of calcium, don't need to be gutloaded, will survive for weeks in their container, have a soft skin...
The down side is that they are small, so if you have a large cham he might not recognize them as food.
The downsides of lobster roaches are that they can climb glass and plastic (so a good chance you will have some escapees) and they smell much much more than dubia.
They reproduce a little faster and have smaller adults... Other than that, I prefer dubias.
