I would be careful. If they didn’t know the sex, they can’t really say for sure if she mated with a male.
I have my female from Petco too, she laid 40 eggs the other day, like an idiot i kept them, and non of them have shriveled up or discolored yet. What the heck am I gonna do with 40 veiled...
Thank you. I figured it’s pineorm. I talked to the doctor and he is okay with me using the pictures of the decal, but he doesn’t want an exam, so I’m scheduling an appointment.
Vet used to be the head bet at the riverbanks zoo, so I hope he knows his stuff.
I’m so debating on buying a couple male and females, but I’m scared. What happens once I open the big black box? Are they doing to fly out and invest my house?
I actually ordered one of those usb connectors too, so I should be able to hook it up to my laptop and take pics.
Ok probably will have many questions, so thank you :D
I think your story is what scared me the most, so thank you for replying.
Once I have max finally of crickets, I’ll feel better too. I don’t buy my feeders local anymore, it’s still a concern.
Anyway, I already purchased everything. Soooo, if anyone lives in SC... I’ll do free fecals for you...
The microscope was pretty cheap, so let’s see. Reading some of those posts, I’m getting a little paranoid. I’ll probably will be testing every week lol.
When I received my veiled he was only 3 month old, I never saw him eat and I was worried too. I fed him so many crickets that I really wasn’t sure if he was eating or not, cause there always was left over (a lot) 3 month later... he’s still here, no sign of illness and getting bigger by the day
Now I’m wondering if I ordered from you before...
if you neherp... I love everything. If you’re not... send me info, so I can purchase for my new cage. Lol.
I was told I suppose to like the Giants, but I really have no clue what I’m even looking at.
Personally I like to hike, backpack, rock climb and mountaineer. Yes... I consider that a sport. Just too busy to do much of it lately
new on this forum, I’ve seen Beman giving great advice, she is patient and understanding, caring, a peacemaker... I probably forgot a couple things... but I understand why the logical “vote” would go to her.
its a huge responsibility...
I always thought once a female chameleon is receptive, she already has eggs inside. It would make sense too, isn’t that why they are looking for a male? To make the eggs fertile?
I was thinking along those lines too... I like the copper, and could drain the sanded areas with a metallic copper.
Or a green and get those green lizard handles... omg I bet they would be cool
