Veiled Chameleon that won't open one eye

Yeah and his urates are good so \o/ I’m running with it, and read in hydration and humidity within the husbandry thread. It didn’t have a definitive time. But I do monitor my little dudes poop whenever I can, to make sure everything looks good...as long as it’s white urate I feel like he’s...

    Happy Sunday

Yeah I’m wondering if it wasn’t a bit too big but he attacked the thing and flared all up and ate it. And then he got all calm and sat in his basking spot looking all satisfied with himself :ROFLMAO:...maybe a bit smaller one next time but he’s fine that was last Saturday

Veiled Chameleon that won't open one eye

Thanks @Brodybreaux25 ... 7 minutes for misting? Trust me I’m trying to learn something, and you know a lot more than me. I’ve been doing four...is the 7 minutes based on adult enclosure? Mines 18x18x36 right now? Really just trying to understand why 4 minutes has worked well for me and not at...

Veiled Chameleon that won't open one eye

I would take him to the vet about the eye being closed for a week. I would also dust every feeder with calcium without d3...use calcium with d3 once every two weeks, and reptivite multi-vitamin dust every opposite 2 weeks from the d3 calcium. Also cage mistings need to increase to at least three...

    Hammy and Lola 7 & 1/2 Months Old 8/8/18

My experience has been that Harry’s shed each time, three times...and more colors and patterns have come through, he’s about 6 1/2 months approx and is really putting out some high yellows, a bit of teal streaks and some variety of greens...and cool patterns too. He was solid light green when I...

Is it ok for the urate plug to be runny?

I see the sperm plug and normal poop but his urine is runny today? Is that okay. That’s less than ten minutes old. It’s white but it’s always been solid? Any concerns? Harry gets misted 3 times a day for 3 1/2 minutes , have a garden pump with sharpie line on it and it takes 3 1/2 minutes to...
