recently my female veiled has been displaying some crazy colors, and also has been very active. she is about 7 months old and i think she is really to lay her clutch. i put a laying bin in her cage yesterday (3 gallon bucket with play sand and some eco earth) but she has not paid any attention...

thanks, i’ll take a trip to walmart tonight...what about during the night? the humidity in my house naturally stays around 50-55% day and night.

should i look in to a small de-humidifier? the humidity in my house will never fall below 50% unless we get a rare cold front.

thanks so much again. i will look in to the dragon ledges. i already have a pothos plant. i use it in her out door cage that she sits in while i clean her indoor cage. maybe i will move it in to her main cage :)

thank you for the info, i struggle keeping the humidity up during the night because the A/C evaporates the water from her cage so quickly.

thank you! basking temp is 85-90f, i’ve only taking an ambient temp near the middle level of her cage and it was 75-78f. at night my room is 69-70f. humidity is always above 50% usually around 65% throughout the day.
