This....?
Camel cricket species... I hate, hate, hate these things.
Why do they keep showing up on here...
I personally wouldn't put adult sized chameleons in a cage that size.
I just bought a juvenile panther and he's in a 3' by 3' by 2'.
They needs lots of space, if they are to be healthy and thriving....
When it comes to feeding, make sure you gutload, if you don't know what that is, look up "gutloading feeder insects" with google.
Also, use as many different feeder insects as you can, and do a little research before you try each one, sometimes chameleons are picky so don't be surprised if he...
I just made a cage that looks strikingly similar to that. But, it is 3' by 3' by 2... ran into a couple bumps in the road with the spline and the screen. But, next time I will be more prepared.
I need a bottom like that one, anyone know what kind of material that stuff is?
Also, do you know...
Your Chameleon will likely continue to suffer because you're prioritising your social interactions over focusing on its health on this thread.
This makes me sad.
jamest0o0 truly cares about his chameleons. I would have to say I have had quite a few positive interactions with him on this...
What the hell is with these people coming on here asking for advice and when they are told to try something else and that they aren't doing things right they get all defensive.
People should really swallow their pride, converse intelligently and maturely, and prioritize their chameleons health.
Biologically speaking this is known as Allopatric Speciation where a physical boundary of some sort keeps two or more populations of a species that are genetically closely related from one another.
The physical boundary could be something like a mountain range, body of water, or even a human...
Petri, great name for a chameleon.
There are a lot of people that give their animals really lame names like, "Bolt", or "Jade", or "Mike".
I like to think my names through and have them be unique!
