    Little Tiny Bugs in Cage?

I put in some soil from outside in the tank with some moss and I´m growing grass in there and I´m noticing little black bugs that are almost 10x smaller than a fruit fly without wings. Green Bean Vine Safe?

I have a baby ambilobe that's semi free ranged so whenever I'm in the room and hour and a half or so I let him roam around on his vines (mostly fake) and was wondering if I could grow a green bean plant in there or if they are toxic to chams. Replys are appreciated, thank you!
