Do you find their behavior to change just before a shed? I have found that to be the case with my 7 month old. Just seems to act a bit weird the day or two before.

Actually I don't think it was head first... In fact, after all that time, the part out of his mouth was wiggling but the part near his mouth was turning black. When I pulled it out, what came out of his mouth had turned all black. Weird

So I'm about to give up on live plants as I can't seem to control the "knat" problem. I've done some reading and tried some stuff such as layering play sand and rocks but nothing seems to be helping. Any advice needed as I really prefer to have live plants for my guy. Thanks in advance.

Mine varies on sleeping spot. Sometimes under a leaf of money tree and sometimes just in open on a cross branch

All I ever do is wake display and press top button it turns on and it stops when I let go. That's it. I guess this is because I already set system up on a schedule and only do this on occasion

Great choice and don't worry about floors getting wet. The mist is soo fine I have found nothing around his cage ends up wet. Only time there is a drip is if I have nozzle pointed to close to an object. The mk system is awesome.
