I use a wyze camera for my enclosure, it was rather cheap and has pretty good video recording and picture taking capabilities (night sight as well).

In the same boat, just finished up an outdoor perch for my cham and haven't been able to use it yet because of all the ash and dark skies. (Also in the bay area)

Poor baby. I'm not very expirenced but the black color is probably be bruising from the fall. You said she's having trouble moving her back legs, is she moving her tail? A video might help. In any case I'd try and find an emergency vet to take a look.
