In my opinion drippers are good additions with a misting system, but never as a replacement to. Not sure you're schedule, but think of if you're good for a couple days straight. You'll want a mister with a reservoir. Which is just one of many reasons.

Just checking in with the Kinyongia world. Sold my last chameleon (melleri) 3 years ago now this month. Slowly getting closer to getting back into chameleons again, which will be back into the Kinyongia. By far my favorite I had. I'm hoping next spring or so, but not really sure at this point...

There are a lot of drainage idea on the forum, just do a search for drain system or something like that and you'll find a lot of threads. The easiest way is to have the cage on a shelving unit of some sort. If its wood, drill a 3" hole or so and line up the draining holes from the cage with it...
