Cricket crack and bug burger, are two well known feeder insect gut loads.

I'm not sure, but cricket crack and bug burger are really cheap. I payed $15 and got free shipping, the bag has lasted me a year, and it's still half full.

I clean my reptibreeze XL enclosure once a week. When I clean the cage I remove all plants and accessories and wipe them down and remove any extra feeders. I wipe down the bottom tray and make sure there is no poop or urates left. I use warm tap water and paper towels. I have another outside...

That cricket "friend" will eat your chameleons eyes out, very slowly, and painfully. Chameleons don't have friends, don't personify your reptiles.
