    So angry

Lay it with the glass facing the floor and slowly cut away the plastic. Could wear gloves to prevent cuts. The window screen you can get at Lowes, home depot, Walmart and any hardware store. Method of attachments could be zip ties (trim them so they don't hurt your little guy) bread ties...

    Is she dehydrated?

Remember to dust her food. Misting the food washes some of those vital minerals they need off of the feeder insect. Maybe spray one not the other?

    So angry

If you dont want to deal with all that headache I suggest just going to get some window screen and just replace the glass with it. Window screen is cheap and easy to install. So much better airflow. Also don't use the water dish in the pic, use a dripper instead. Had one in my enclosure for two...

    Cham "jungle gym"

Ok so this is Bruce's jungle gym, at least for now. I refining this idea about every other day but this is what I got so far. He mostly makes it to the middle windows and stops. I'm going to hang more live plants to try to entice him all the way around

Check the safe plant list. It can be found on Google and I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't a link on this forum somewhere. I'm fairly new and still learning my navigation

I cut all the heads off my superworms before I feed them to Bruce. Not taking any chances as I've heard the same thing. He eats them right out of my hand no problem

    New chameleon owner

The cage size is good for now but the bulb is a bit much may want knock it back. Just make sure he has a spit to bask that's close enough to the light where the temps are good and won't burn himself. Youll be able to get temp readings before you even put him in so you can make any adjustments...

    Bruce got a new home

I considered the aluminum to begin with but I had plenty of extra plastic. Trial and error my friend lol. The moment i see anything wrong with the current ceiling its going straight to aluminum. Fiberglass is a definite no no for numerous reasons and was never even considered for this project...

    Bruce got a new home

No the top is the plastic as well. My light setup is hanging from the ceiling and has a gap of about an inch (maybe less) between it and the top of the cage. Its has been functioning this way for a few days now. I constantly check it because I had the same thought. It hasn't had any negative...

    Bruce got a new home

Thank you, it was a lot of fun to build then see him make it home. The screen I got from home depot In a roll that was four feet wide by eight feet long and it is the "plastic" kind not the aluminum. Worked perfect when pulled tight and stapled to the wood. Bruce climbs all over it!

    Bruce got a new home

This is Bruce's new home. I had him in the medium reptibreeze cage which is 16x16x30 and is great and all but pales in comparison to this kind of enclosure which is now 24x24x48. Rather than spend a ridiculous amount of money on an enclosure. I went to various stores to obtain the materials to...
