So next month i'll be getting married and we are going to vegas for 10 days. Its the longest i've ever left any of my fur/scale/and gill babies. My father-in-law is going to be staying at our house to watch over everyone. He has watched the dogs & cats before and the fish are simple, just put...
I havnt had any issue with Argo and color. Atleast not yet. I ussually were blue, green, and red. 9/10 times with graphics on them. No retaction yet ;)
Cage with bottom removed and placed on starage rack with tub on the lower rack. I also put some wire netting under the cage to prevent Argo from escaping.
There's only ever been 3 people to hold Argo(5 if you count the vet and vet tec). Argo was willing to walk onto them. He seems to like to see the people prior to holding though. My hubby he didn't walk on untill he saw him for a few days. My friend also helped me give him meds when he had the...
I dont think i would risk surgey on such a tiny creature. I remeber reading somwhere that spaying a rabbit is risky. Somthing like 50% survival rate. I can only imagine a tiny chameleon
I might just do the heat one. My house is older and i swear the room humitiy never drops below 40 and spends most days around 60 for the average so humidity is safe till winter (good thing about humid ohio lol) if i were to hook it up to the mister it would be to humid. After i spray it goes...
I should also note that he does want to hang around the heat bulb during the day. He escaped the other day and yesturday he just wanted out of his cage to free roam
Not sure gow to word the title, but I have a jackson whos basking temp is supposed to be 85, but outside and in my house it reaches the 80s. If i have his heat bulb on it makes it like 90 and sometimes hotter. I have a dimmer and turn it all the way down and it still gets to 88+
My question is...
So far the people that come over are more afriad of him and just like looking at him. Argo doesnt mind being held except if the vet tries to hold him than he keeps reaching for the sky trying to grab me or the carry cage.
He really loves to climb up arms and hair :)
So i still couldnt fibd him this morning so i decided to let my cats and dogs out and watched them to see if any of them could find them. One of my cats started looking behind the tv and kept raching a paw over doing the little paw tap things that cats do.
I looked around and after moving some...
Thanks for the replies. I looked all over the downstairs. I had to leave for work (theyve been trying to send me home once they heard) and locked up all of the cats and the dogs. Opened all ov the windows (they have screens that he could climb) and placed the cricket bin on the floor so he could...
