I was thinking that too, especially when you compare the tale base to his sister's. Maybe I'm just over-thinking things, and should just stick with my gut:)
That is so cool how you can see all his veins and his eyeballs, and this gives great perspective at how they are positioned in the egg. Does his head look a little swollen to you, or is it just the photo? I feel like it looks more "domed" than usual.

I have used bird cages and they work perfectly, as long as you cup feed. Once you start getting more than one or two chameleons, it gets too time consuming to use cups to feed, at least for me it did, so I switched back to screen. Another problem is that when you have plants, they start to grow...
Geesh, Periwinkle laid 49 eggs today. That's the biggest clutch I've ever had. And she's on a limited diet to try to keep her clutches smaller. I think that method is backfiring on me.
3 different clutches, youngest eggs are the biggest, and the big ones are starting to hatch first. The dates are the lay dates. 3 different sires and dams. Vermiculite used with the big ones, Hatchrite used with the other two. I'm interested to see the outcome, and not sure why the sizes are so...
