what would i feed the worms?

When she starts to move more I'll be able to tell if theres a spur, but from the view i have im not seeing any type of spur

Reptiworms are filled with calcium and dont need to dust them with calcium as long as you have your uvb bulb you just need to dust them with a multivitamin

Is it mandatory to use a staple food? Ive done a bit of research and if i used reptiworms then i wouldnt need them, i have 25 superworms that i had gotten from my petstore until i get my order of reptiworms
