Agree with Erklerose, need a better side picture of the tail while it is strait out. I am leaning towards male because of the thickness of the tail base, but a better side pic would help alot.

I'd agree, looks like a lady. For that size a male would be showing a larger bulge in the base of the tail and more colors.
