    Looking a bit down..

Is his free roam area indoors? Chams love some fresh air and sunshine! Just make sure he's always surprised while outdoors ;) and yes, definitely fill out the form, perhaps something else has him down in the dumps

Male Panther not fond of crickets...

Rainbow Mealworm sells both... Mealworms are not much bigger than 1/2 inch (unless it's a Giant Mealworm). Superworms are a couple inches or so. They have less chitin and more protein, which makes them much more ideal :) For a youngster like yours, I personally wouldn't do the hunger strike...

Male Panther not fond of crickets...

If he's older you can wait a couple days to make sure he is hungry, and then try crickets again. I would not do this with a baby though. With mine (they dont care for crickets either, it sometimes works, sometimes doesnt, depends on how hungry they are) and, you should really switch the meal...

    Ambilobe Lighting & Temp issues

What is the ambient temp? And is your cage screen or glass? I'm just thinking... 20in tall, if it's glass take care about his ambient temp, the glass will hold heat more, particularly a short one. Chams are pretty smart about basking when needed. First thing in the morning when lights come on is...

    I need help

She'll love that! Good size. Pothos is popular, hardy, vining and fast growing. The easiest way I found to pick plants, is to go to a local store that has a nursery section (like Home Depot, Walmart, Lowes, etc) Find the indoor plants section and compare the names to the safe plants list that...

    Um this is new

Lol. Have you been working on hand feeding recently maybe? Mine will be ready to grab my fingers or the tongs if I've recently bought and fed their favorite foods. Or perhaps your guy is just associating you opening the cage with bringing in the grub :D

    I need help

I second Remkon. And of course making sure she does not become egg bound is priority. Until a larger enclosure is provided, a separate egg laying area can be provided. I have read of people using plastic trash cans. Not sure how much research you've already done, like thread has lots of info...

Hey newbie... question about panther vs.

I'm new and only have my two male Panthers, one is standoffish and one is pretty sweet. However, from what I've read, Veilds are more likely to be... Grumpy, lol. No hate on the veilds! :ROFLMAO:That's just what I've heard :)

New Humidifier to test the "Naturalistic Approach"

Keep us posted on the results! I am curious on your humidifier... What sort of attachment did you use on the end of the tube to get the mist to split like that?

    Sick Veiled Chameleon

Since she appears to digging, she is readying for egg laying. Have you gone through an egg lay with her yet? I also am worried about MDB, her legs don't look right, and that means that she can develop issues during the egg lay like egg binding. Which is lethal, I'm not trying to scare you, but...

How far can you run a water line for mist King?

Long story short, so the question, lol... I want to run three cages off off a mist King (not bought yet). Buuuuut... Third cage is in another room, but just on the other side of the wall/closet. How long of a line can I run between the 2nd and 3rd cages? (It's 1/4 tubing I'm guessing?) How far...

I bought aluminum screen at hardware store in the window isle. Looks exactly the same, same size holes and wire, except it only came in silver, so I picked up black spray paint too

Depending on how far apart the staples are, my guess is squeezing past the screen between staples. Good luck, sound like one of my nightmares
