He started eating from my hand a week after I brought him home

Is it bad to keep hand feeding my 3 month old cham? It seems like he eats more when I hand feed him. Will he forget how to hunt on his own? I just figured that this is best for him now and when he gets a bit older he will be able to fend for himself. TIA

There is a metal rod in the center of my vines so I just trimed back a 1/2" off of the the end and pushed the rod through the screen and the I bent the end and your done.
