yeah she looks like that pic the white spots are on her feet and on her throat she has a black spot ( just pigment no sickness :P, got it checked :P) other then that her whole body is just a greenish white its cool, still waiting to post pics maybe later tonight darn gf :P shes just a babies...
no that's for my male, basking temperature about 84ish verys, my point was maybe you just need a new bulb not so much a different one if your finding the basking temps are good, but just a new bulb same one as you are using now.
i don't know about the prices in chems where u guys were but i payed the 100 for her, about 15 more then for a normal female veiled, and yeah she doesent look like that, its almost as if she has lost her color :P, just a slight tint of green all over, ill post a pic tommorow when my girls brings...

hey my male veiled went threw a spell like this where he was going very dark while basking, i don't know for sure if this is the reason why, but as soon i i changed my old bulb to a new one he stopped changing that color, the bulb as maybe 4 months old so i don't know, but as soon as i replaced...
see i had considered free range in the past with my last veiled, dont u find it hard to keep the temp in the room regulated? living in canada probably doesent help, what r u guys doing to regulate your rooms?
hey Jim actually this is my third chem,i had a 4 year old veiled that i had to sell, long story short got kicked out of my house and there was no room in my batchler apt. I've now bought a house and since then got another veiled and now this mellers ( also have crested geckos and 2 redsandfire...
yeah i currently have my Veiled in a open concept glass aquarium because i has read the same about the bad ventilation, just waiting until i can save some more money to get him a big screen house.

Yeah my Veiled absolutely hates being misted, I've never seen him move as fast as he does when the mister turns on haha. He also puffs out for a bit after.
