I've seen it done, and it looked really nice. I wasn't able to check out the mechanics, however.

Thanks, Jannb. Yes, he's definitely a male, contrary to what the guy at PetCo claimed. He's got heel spurs, they're just not visible in the photos above. He was nice enough to let me get a close up of one a minute ago. Sorry it's sideways.
So who would be the most reasonable supplier of eggs on the west coast? The overnight shipping live feeders is just too cost prohibitive for one small chameleon.

Loki is adorable! He's grown and gotten his colors more quickly than I'd thought a panther would. I have a baby veiled, but hope to get a male panther some day. For now I'll watch and learn along with my little veiled.
