he isnt having issues with his tongue or mouth at all that i have noticed. its weird though. could it be his colors? or is that abnormal?

Do you guys suggest building your own cage or buying? just curious because i am in need for a full screen cage and i want to find one that isnt too costly. :confused:

Looks like a happy chameleon to me :D if he doesn't have a loose grip and off balance I say he isn't sick and if his droppings aren't runny. He doesn't have abnormal drinking right? He's getting water normally. Id say he's just about to molt.

They hold more moisture. I recommend them if you are having issues keeping humidity, But also just bark or soil from a pet store is great too :D

He could be molting, as chameleons dont show much interest in food when they molt. mine just did and he has finished molting and is back to eating normally. They can go awhile without food. mines just the same age as yours if your guess is right. If it is molting he could not eat for 2 weeks...

no its on both sides, i mean it looks like his skin color and all im just worried because one or two kind of look like small bumps.

its a heating lamp for him since the other ones i kept buying kept blowing out after only 2 weeks the lady at pet smart suggested a red colored one.

i could get one tomorrow, he has just fallen asleep, and he hates when i wake him. ill get back to you.

he seems fine, and is changing colors and moving around. he seems healthy but im just a bit concerned.
