True enough. If pedialyte were to get into the chameleons eyes if you mist with a hand mister, would it be harmful? I only use pedialyte on Wc animals with syringe orally, but just curious if it would be harmful by spray?
Would it be safe to offer your chameleons Pedialyte about once a month, as a precautionary measure for extra hydration? I don't see it as being a problem, but I'd just like to hear others thoughts on it.
I understand your frustration but it's not this forums fault that you lost your chameleon. Most people here can give great advise, but we are not vets. When you have a problem like this, you should immediately take your chameleon to a vet.
Once again, sorry for your loss. :(
That's terrible. Sorry to hear about the loss of your chameleon. I honestly don't think those ffs or ff maggots would survive inside the stomach of a chameleon. It is possible that they crawled into the vent however.
It's better to buy from www.mistking.com. Compared to the little amount of money that you'll save, the quality of a mistking product is the way to go, without any hassles.
He's been in Canada for the last 4+ months now and he's been eating and drinking on his own pretty well. He was priced very high when he first came in since it's the only one I've ever seen in Canada. I have really high hopes for him to live a nice healthy captive life. :)
Here is the newest addition to my collection taking in a nice shower on the Japanese Maple. My WC Ankaramy! His name is Cosmo. He needs a little hydration but other then that, he's a very healthy WC.
