Sounds good! And he's primarily eating crickets and I've tried the in-hand-feeding but the crickets always jump away to fast. Is there any safe bug for him to eat along with the crickets that aren't as fast or wiggly as them?

Never. I always wash my hands and tools such as spray bottles and tongs before handing different species of pets regardless. And yes, she was a rescue and she's on antibiotics:)
