Unless I'm misunderstanding you. You are cleaning the leaves of the plant with the isopropyl, not the soil. I don't see how you could possibly clean soil with isopropyl. Also why are you so hostile? Were you born this way?
This is interesting. I have never had my soil smell like ammoinia after baking. Nor have I killed any of my plants. I suspect there is something in your soil that is causing this.
Reptilover I would follow these directions. Turns out I have been doing the Baking too high. Though My plants aren't dying this is probably better then my NOOB info.

Washing the plant with isopropyl isn't going to kill the bacteria + Fungus, and eggs found in the soil. Such as fruit flies eggs. Sorry this Idea boggles your mind :D

Sorry to hear all this. I would force feed at this point with supplements. He can't fight this infection if he isn't eating. I would also hydrate him. Use a syringe and follow these instructions. I recommended you use a 50/50 mix of water and Pedialyte.
